TRAVELING TO COPPER MTN

Does the price of the ski camp include airfare?

NO.  Given the fact that participants fly in from various location, it is impossible for us to manage this aspect of their trip.  Also many participants like to use their Frequent Flyer Points when booking their air transportation to camp.  For more information on flights and prices, we recommend you contact Melanie at G-Travel.

How do I get from the Denver Airport to the ski resort?

We make arrangements to pick you up at the airport.  This is why it is important for you to complete the Travel Information Form so that we know when to pick you up.

Do I need a passport?

YES, a valid passport is required for all non-Americans visiting the United States of America.  Please note that most countries require that your passport's expiry date be at least 6 months following the return date appearing on your ticket.  For more information on passport requirements, please consult the internet web site of the country you wish to visit.

How much money should I bring?

If you budget US$10 for each day of your camp, this amount should be enough to cover your miscellaneous personal expenses and the following:

  • For the 15 day camp: the following meals, breakfast and dinner on November 1, and, dinner and supper on November 15, are not included;
  • For the 10 day camp: the following meals, breakfast and dinner on November 8, and, dinner and supper on November 15, are not included.

How will you meet me at the airport?

To ensure that we are there to meet you and to get you back to the airport in time for your departure, we require your arrival and departure information; therefore, please complete the Travel Information Form.  If you do not provide us with your travel information, we will not be able to meet you on your arrival.

We will meet you as you exit the Customs/Baggage Claims area of the airport.  Please look for our representative displaying the "Nomad Ski" sign.
